Welcome to ICARUS research group web page! The ICARUS research group is composed by researchers from the Computer Architecture Department of the Technical University of Catalonia and belongs to the Aeronautic and Aerospace Research Group (CRAE) of the UPC.

The research of the ICARUS group is focused on the topic of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). This type of airplanes fly with no humans on board, also no remote human manning is mandatory. The target of the research are technologies that allow to build low cost UAVs and to manage then for several civil missions as autonomous as possible.
